These Terms of Service govern your use of Kallfy's AI voice receptionist platform. Please read them carefully. By using Kallfy, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating a Kallfy account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kallfy after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the application.
Kallfy provides an AI-powered voice receptionist platform designed for real estate professionals. The service includes, but is not limited to: automated call answering and routing, lead qualification and scoring, appointment and showing scheduling, CRM synchronization, call recording and transcription, and SMS follow-up summaries.
Kallfy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kallfy. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Additional usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at the overage rate listed on your plan.
You authorize Kallfy to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we may suspend your account until the balance is resolved.
You agree not to use Kallfy to: violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit spam, robocalls, or illegal communications; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform; or use the service for any purpose other than legitimate real estate business communications.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Many jurisdictions require that all parties to a call be notified that the call is being recorded. By using Kallfy, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction.
Kallfy provides tools to include recording disclosures in your AI receptionist's greeting, but ultimate compliance is your responsibility.
Kallfy and its underlying technology — including AI models, voice synthesis systems, software, and documentation — are owned by Kallfy and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your data, including call recordings, transcripts, lead information, and business content you upload. You grant Kallfy a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Kallfy ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination, subject to applicable law.
Kallfy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI receptionist will correctly handle every call or that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kallfy's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kallfy in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event shall Kallfy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
